my question is exactly the same as the one asked here:

I have added your plugin and it seems to be working fine, create milestones, link them to versions, etc. But I have no way to group issues into milestones. Could you please let me know what I am missing?

I was expecting a Milestone dropdown menu inside my Issues, but there's nothing like it.

Is there any user guide or brief tutorial on how to use this plugin?
