graph cannot be displayed issue

I installed the plug-in on redmine 2.3.2, all works well, but the graph not displayed, when I copy the graph url and opened it in the browser, there shows internal error, so the graph cannot normally show.
Is there any dependency needs to install?
Can this graph not displaying be fixed?
