Parallel effort custom field

What is the meaning of the "Parallel effort custom field" configuration parameter?
How to create and use it?

A version effort is divided by this number (float).

You must create a version custom field (float format) at admin view. Then go to plugin settings, and select the new version custom field on the combo.

To use it, modify a version, change the parallel effort custom field value to 2.0 (for instance) and monitor the change on planing view.
