When trying to install the 'scrum' plugin.
I ran rake, as instructed:
rake redmine:plugins:migrate RAILS_ENV=test
the output:
Migrating scrum (Scrum Redmine plugin)...

However, it does not show in Administration, Plugins.
And also the /plugin/<name> folder structure is not used between /site/,/apps/ when trying to find resources:

Showing /srv/www/vhosts/redmine-test.domain.name/site/app/views/layouts/base.html.erb where line #14 raised:
Missing partial scrum_hooks/_head with {:locale=>[:en], :formats=>[:html], :variants=>[], :handlers=>[:erb, :builder, :raw, :ruby, :rsb]}. Searched in: * "/srv/www/vhosts/redmine-test.domain.name/site/app/views"

Perhaps I am missing some instructions here?
