Scrum Board : column to catch lost Tasks with status not selected for display

Description

Because there can be different configurations between the workflow of the Task tracker and the status selected to be displayed in the Scrum Board, some task can be hidden in the Scrum Board because they have been set to a status not available in the Scrum Board.

This new column will be displayed to get back these lost Tasks.
This column as to be displayed dynamically :
  • Only it there are lost tasks
  • When a new lost Task appear after a modification done whith Javascript
    • PBI creation (create_pbi.js.erb)
    • Task creation (create_task.js.erb)
    • Time Entry creation (create_time_entry.js.erb)
    • PBI update (update_pbi.js.erb)
    • Task update (update_task.js.erb)
    • Sprint board display

This feature can be useful for companies that installed the Scrum plugin after a long use of Redmine.
In this case the Task tracker can have an extended workflow with statuses that are not all useful in a Agile project development management.
In our case we did not take the decision to create a new Task tracker with statuses designed for Scrum.

This feature has been developed and we are providing a Merge Request.
