[Sprint permissions] - 'sprint' field can be managed by assigned role

I need new permission assigned to role. Only one role or two should manage issue "Sprint" field.
For example:
Only role "Developer" or "Product Owner" should select issues from Backlog and put it on Sprint.
Other roles should add issues "propositions" on Backlog and can't put it on Sprint.
