What version of SCRUM is supported with Redmine 2.2?

I am trying to get Agile plugged in to our development process and like what I see in your SCRUM tool. My problem is IT is separate from the development organization and do not want to upgrade Redmine at this time.
1. Is there a version of the SCRUM tool that will work with the 2.2?
2. If so, where can I find it?
3. If so, what tools are missing, or what has been addressed since that version that I need to be aware of?

Redmine 2.2.0.stable.11086
Ruby 1.9.3 (x86_64-linux)
Rails 3.2.9
DB Mysql12
