Heroku installing

Hello,
I have a RedMine installation on Heroku and I was trying to enable the scrum plug-in. When I try to execute the plug-in's migrations it fails. It seems rake is asking for subversion. Do you have some clue about that?
$> heroku run rake redmine:plugins:migrate
