Plugins installed but won't show using bitnami VM

I tried installing the Scrum Plugin using the Bitnami VMs.
I installed it in both v3.2 and v2.6 Redmine with the latest plugin version and v0.10.0 for Redmine v2.6.
Both of them installed/migrated successfully with no errors. But when I access Redmine, the plugin won't show under the Administration > Plugins page, neither as a module on the Project creation.
Does anyone have an idea why that is happening?
