Description
The behaviour described in #1278 is very useful, but I miss spent time management when trying to use it.
This is my enhancement proposal for Simple PBIs:

- Provide "clock" icon to record spent time (like Tasks).
- Include "pending effort" field (like Tasks).
- Render Total and Pending effort (like PBIS with subtasks).
