As a user I want to change product backlog items based on their task status

Description
- When all the tasks are in resolved status change PBI to resolve status.
- When not all the tasks are in new status change PBI to in progress status (don't run if previous was executed).
- All the statuses should be configurable by settings (PBI & task status).
