Description
As SCRUM MASTER I want to see the user workload in the scrum task board. That means assigned Hours / avaible hours. It's would be perfect if the color changes when the assigned hours are greater than avaible hours

I can't see your point, from my understanding of Scrum process developers should choose their tasks (usually one by one), so the tasks are not preasigned by anyone.
