Sprint burndown chart pending effort is using done effort data

Description

I test like below:

If not editing effort in project setting-sprint, even if pending effort for each issue in the sprint is not blank, the burn down chart doesn't have graph.
If ending effort in project setting-spint, even inf pending effort for each issue in the sprint is blacnk, the burn down chart shows graph.

I checked that sprint burn down chart has wrong usage for the pending effort, I think it shall summarize all pending effort for each day to draw burn down chart, not using done effort.

It seems like no pending effort is calculated.
