Ho to get the bug / task to show up on sprint board on re-open

Hi Emilio,

We have been using Scrum plugin for some time now, and like it a lot.

One issue we are facing is the bugs that are re-opened by QA just drop of the view. Our workflow is as below:

  1. During a sprint, our QA logs bug on any user story, with user story as the parent item. These bugs show on the Sprint board in the second column (New).
  2. When a developer starts working on the bug, he moves the bug to "In Progress". The bug now shows in the third column.
  3. When the developer releases a fix, he moves the bug to resolved. And the bug now shows up in the forth column (Resolved) on the sprint board.
  4. The QA verifies if the bug is actually fixed. If yes, QA marks the bug as closed, and it starts showing in the last column (Closed).
  5. On the other hand, if the bug hasn't really got fixed, the QA re-opens the bug. At this point, the bug disappears from the Sprint board.

Is there a way to make it appear in the New or In Progress column?

Never mind - I figured out. I have to select the appropriate issue statuses for display on the sprint board from the plugin configuration under "Task statuses for Sprint board" and "PBI statuses for PB & Sprint".
