Description
When entering a new ticket it should be possible to define whether it is targeted to
a) prodcut backlog
b) impediment backlog
reason behind this idea is that the product backlog can grow too large if impediments are also managed with it

With latest plugin version you're able to create several product backlogs... so your feature request is already done! :)
