Sprint burndown by SPs must use RSPs for first day if they exist

Description
The first day of the Sprint when PBIs are moved from previous Sprint (so they have RSPs usually with different values than original SPs), the burndown should use the RSPs instead of the original SPs.
Original SPs should be used if there are not RSPs records before the sprint start date.
