Hi,
blocked flag didn't change to "False" if all dependencies "Blocked by" are resolved.

Here steps to reproduce:
  1. create a PBI
  2. create one task linked to PBI
  3. create second task linked to PBI
  4. edit second task setting blocked flag and add a relationship "Blocked by" to first task
  5. move first task to resolve status

expectation: when first task has resolved status (as per plug-in configuration for closure value) second task has to change blocked flag to false

actual result: blocked flag remain to true.

Sorry but you missunderstood this feature.

Blocked feature is just a way of signaling a task/PBI visually in the panel, it's not related at all with issues relations.
