Provide info messages on special situations:
  • Ask for project manager to create a Product backlog when needed on Product backlog and Product backlog burndown views.
  • Ask for project manager to create a Sprint when needed on Sprint board and Sprint burndown views.
  • Ask for editing Sprint effort when no effort is detected on Sprint board burndown view.
  • Ask for PBIs creation if empty on Product backlog and Sprint board views.
  • Ask for tasks creation if empty (only PBIs without tasks) on Sprint board view.
