Allow submit count of Sprints to calculate

Description
- Add input box with submit on enter.
- Use by default the setting.
- Parametrize calculation with this input box.
- Sprint changed from Sprint 11 to Sprint 12
- Sprint changed from Sprint 12 to Product backlog
- Sprint changed from Product backlog to Sprint 19
- Status changed from New to Rejected
- Blocked set to No
No sense to parametrize this when custom velocity could be set in the UI.
