Sprint burndown chart expected and actual(for discussion)

I draw burndown chart by manually with excel and compared with the chart on scrum plug-in, they are different, I have summarized my thoughts in the attachement.
Hope to get more reply about it, now we can only draw the chart by hand.

The 3 effort are used, estimated effort, pending effort, done effort. about done effort, who will be responsible to edit done effort? for it is in project-setting-sprint, often we donot provide access of project setting to all project members. It is a added discussion item which I forgot to add in the attachment.
