Error on Installing

Added by Anonymous over 9 years ago

Hello oeverbody,

I tried to install the plugin 0.12 on a debian system using redmine 2.6.0.

During the installation I've got the message shown in the attachement.
My database is just called redmine and the user redmine@localhost should have all the permissions.

Can you give any help?

Thanks in advice!

0.12.0 is not compatible with Redmine 2.6.0, upgrade it to 3.x series or use an older release of the plugin.

Thanks a lot!
I will do the upgrade to 3.x later.
I tried plugin 0.10 in the meantime. There is written that it works with 2.6.x.
But it's the same fault.

Check this forum message Error on Install - access denied when connecting to mysql , change environment before migration.

Hi,

I have a different error during the installation on redmine 3.1. After copy the files into the plugin directory I got this error:

www-data@Server:/usr/share/redmine/plugins$ RAILS_ENV="production" rake redmine:plugins:migrate
(in /usr/share/redmine)
