how i can uninstall the Plugin?

As any other Redmine plugin (http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/Plugins):

bundle exec rake redmine:plugins:migrate RAILS_ENV=production NAME=scrum VERSION=0
    (1-1/1)
