Internal error in v0.16.0
We are having problems after upgraded the scrum plugin from v0.15.0 to v0.16.0.
We re-used an existing tracker 'Requirement' as PBI for scrum project after install scrum plugin v0.15.0, and both scrum project and non-scrum projects worked without any problem, however, after upgraded to v0.16.0, we'll get an internal error when creating a 'Requirement' in a non-scrum project (See screen snapshots below). Any ideas?

I second this problem!
What I found out is that as soon as I disable the trackers which are declared to be used by SCRUM plugin (i.e. tracker "userstory") the problem disappers.

After further Tests I can confirm that this issue occurs on every new issue creation attempt.
I can "re-enable" new issue creation by disabling the trackers assigned to SCRUM plugin in the Project configuration.

Unlike you, we can't disable the tracker because it's a commonly used one in all of our projects, so we decided to downgrade to v0.15.0 for the stability. However, we really need some fixe in v0.16.0 (see https://redmine.ociotec.com/issues/1240), so we are stuck here and asking for a fix in the next release.
