Installation error

Hello, I got this error after trying to install the plugin (run rake db:migrate_plugins RAILS_ENV=production):

"uninitialized constant Rails::Plugin::IssueQuery"

Using...

Redmine 1.3.x
Ubuntu 12.04
Apache Passenger

You need a newer Redmine version.

1.3.x is really a too old one (minimum 2.4.x).
