Change Order of Product Backlog in settings

It would be really nice to view the Product Backlog so that the "top" of the Backlog, that is the items of highest priority, was at the top of the screen. This just seems better for the initial view to be the most important Product Backlog items. It also is slightly confusing that the button to add PBIs says "Add [PBI] at product backlog bottom" at the top of the list/screen.

It also was confusing that the "Position" of "1" is at the bottom of the product backlog (and at the top of the screen). This numbering seems backwards, but since it is largely an internal number, the numbering isn't a big deal.

When you turn on "check for dependencies", the order enforced appears to confirm that the items listed on the bottom (and have higher position numbers) are the more urgent items. So I think the issue is that the PBI List is reversed and the "Add PBI" buttons need to switch places.

How you fix it depends on which "position" numbers are more urgent. I would prefer that lower position numbers are more urgent and appear at the top of the screen, then make everything consistent with that.

It is currently the case that lower position numbers appear at the top of the screen.
