Yes of course, just remember to follow WIKI instructions (rake redmine:plugins...).

Anyway, it's recommended to test updates in a separate Redmine instance, or at least to backup the database previously.

Yes, thanks for your advice, if I upgrade the plug-in, I will test it in another redmine env. then to the formal redmine env.:)
